Who are we?

Centrum Furniture is a leading wholesale furniture supplier & manufacturer proudly led by its founder and CEO, Christin. Christin, along with her dedicated and experienced team, has built an incredible community of clients and business partners, providing exceptional customer care and quality solid timber furniture to people worldwide.

Where do you source your timber?

We source all our timber from Indonesia and strive to bring a large variety of wood, including Indonesian Oak, Mahogany, Mindi, and Teak. All our timber is legally sourced and harvested from sustainably managed forests (SVLK Certified).

Warehouse Collection.

Collection is available at no cost from our warehouse:

Our warehouse doors are open for collection from Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Following the confirmation of payment, we will promptly contact customers via email to schedule a pickup time.

To ensure that your order is ready and waiting when you arrive, our warehouse staff kindly requests a notice period of at least 48 business hours (not including weekends and public holidays) to prepare your order.

Do you handle commercial orders for hospitality and other venues?

Absolutely! We're passionate about supplying to hospitality and commercial venues. If you have a project or venue in mind, please don't hesitate to reach out. And, we'd love to see how our pieces fit into your venue – please do send us photos once everything's set up!

What is the minimum order quantity for  purchases?

We aim to cater to the varied needs of our clients. If you're collecting directly from our warehouse in Pemulwuy, we have no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). However, for our container load clients, we have an MOQ of a 20-foot container.

Shipping & Delivery?

Centrum Furniture offers Australia-wide delivery through trusted third-party delivery partners, though some locations may be excluded. We prioritize efficiency, dispatching orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation. 

In keeping with our commitment to discretion, all furniture items are dropshipped, arriving without attached or included invoices. We require an Australian street or residential address for delivery as our delivery partners are unable to service PO Boxes or parcel lockers. Our standard delivery service includes a ground floor/front door drop-off. For tailored delivery solutions that go beyond the standard, please email our customer service team.

What is your container load order lead time?

Our container load order lead time is between 8-10 weeks* for standard products.
